As the General Contractor, we demolished four separate units to create a new, unified space. A staircase void was seamlessly integrated into the flooring, becoming a key part of the sales area. The wallpaper, even applied to the columns, highlights our craftsmanship in finishing, a hallmark of the projects we manage as General Contractors.

The focal point of the project was the structural portal we designed and constructed, expanding the sales area by over 4 meters in width and more than 20 meters in length. The structural design was approved by airport authorities and incorporated a steel sheet ceiling with a wood effect to meet fire safety requirements. The project was completed with the extension of the sprinkler system, electrified track lighting with spotlights, and white-painted aluminum cladding with illuminated plexiglass signage.
